Network Operations Centre

At the centre of LSD's Monitoring and support service offering is the Network Operations Centre (NOC). The centre is manned by LSD IT professionals who monitor and manage our clients’ server information. This offering allows us 24 by 7 monitoring of your hardware, network, application services and security threats with its notification abilities it allows us to monitor your system in a proactive and not reactive manner. 

The NOC has an easy to use web interface, the monitoring component will quickly display whether a device is in a UP or DOWN state, giving us the availability of the service. We will also be able to determine whether the availability of services has a connection to other services being down.
