LSD has implemented a trouble ticketing system. The system is automated and allows us and yourself to keep a written track of tickets submitted and their status. To submit a ticket, simply email support at lsd.za.com (replace the at with an @). You will receive an email back confirming your submission and one of our engineers will attend to your ticket as soon as possible.
